Techniques for Stopping Vaping and Smoking that Last



Nicotine addicts are looking for tools, tips and techniques to get rid of their problem. They want the "silver bullet" to stop their dependency once and for all. It is far better for me to share with you what other people share about my technique than anything I can say. After all, who am I? And why trust me? On August 13th I was gifted by the following email by a former client who was hopeless that he could ever stop smoking for good. Like most nicotine victims he was convinced there was no tool out there that could last over time. Here is what Drew shared:


"I’m just writing to tell you what a deep difference you made in my life with your stop-smoking training.  

 

Why do I write this now?  A little while ago I took a sip of a smoothie I made from fresh raspberries and other ingredients.  The taste was so vivid and so vibrant that it awakened deep gratitude that such flavor even exists.  That led to deep gratitude for being able to taste such flavor, and that immediately led to being thankful for having stopped smoking so many years ago – knowing I would not be having such a vivid experience (or maybe even any experience at this age) had I not had the gift of your training.

 

The ongoing gift of your training has been not only the wonderful passive benefit of being liberated from the incapacitating grasp of nicotine, but the equally important active benefit of ongoing empowerment that derives from the technique used to achieve that state. Your training has helped me over the years to reckon with other non-nourishing habits with some success.
