Don't Let Fear Stand in your Way of Quitting Nicotine

Most smokers and vapers would quit but they are afraid the cure will be worse than the problem.  Here is what two of my clients have to say about their experience:

As a 17-year-old quitting vaping …has proven to be one of my biggest accomplishments up to this point in my life. I was skeptical and scared when I started but had tried every way I knew how to quit and was out of options.  Nothing had worked.  After reading about this program, I chose to give it a try. I did what was asked of me and had faith that it would work.  Now, nearly five months later, I feel better mentally and physically. Quitting vaping was the first steppingstone to taking control of my life. Not only have I developed a sense of pride for stopping, but my self-confidence has improved tremendously in almost every aspect of my life. Thank you, Carol.                                                                                                                                        Mac

Carol's smoking cessation program changed my life! I went from smoking 30 cigarettes per day and feeling enslaved to my addiction, to quitting successfully. I am living a full life; it is like night and day. I am more successful at work and enjoy old hobbies again. I have more time to take my kids to do all their activities without the constant interruption of smoking. Words cannot express my gratitude!                        Kristi

The Big question is how to deal with nicotine withdrawal? The good news is that nicotine withdrawal is a temporary experience if approached correctly. It will not last for the rest of your life. Most of the nicotine leaves the body within 48 hours from stopping cold turkey.  After the first two days, there will still be traces of nicotine to shed from the body, but these traces are quite small compared with what leaves within the first 48 hours.  But most people fight the discomfort of nicotine withdrawal and in doing so, they make the experience much worse. Have you ever heard, “What you resist, persists!?”

The fact is nicotine withdrawal has mostly to do with the psychological dependency. “It’s my best friend!  I can’t live without it!  It’s too hard!  I like it!“ It’s the emotional attachment that needs to be uncovered, explored, and redirected with compassion for lasting results.  That is why after the 5-day program my clients receive 90 days of follow up contact to support them staying motivated.

If this resonates with you, I urge you to contact me for a free consultation to learn how this practical, revolutionary approach will get you the lasting success you desire. This works!  It really does.
